Bonifacio High Street Central Garden (BHSC)

 Bonifacio High Street Central Garden

The newest development of Ayala Land and Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC) is the extension of Bonifacio High Street,  Bonifacio High Street Central (BHSC) . It is now considered as the centerpiece of Bonifacio Global City’s vision in promoting a user-friendly space. The concept of this new development is just like the rest of  Bonifacio high street;  A space that loves to engage in different arts and crafts, science, sport and other recreational facilities.

"We want people to know that there's more to BGC other than making money. We want to contribute something to humanity," said Manny Blas,  BGC's head of commercial operations.

This 21st century park that’s considered linked with modern art and architecture has a total area of 638 square kilometers at an 80m wide landscape, covering a sunken garden like amphitheater in the middle with a huge water feature .

Walking around BHSC offers a new and pleasant surrounding together with the picturesque greenery and open park intertwined modern office building, shops and food retails with alfresco dining. The open space features an urban amphitheater, a multifaceted water plaza, garden islands and art installations, all perfectly designed in the BGC tradition.

At night, the whole Bonifacio High street Central evolves, especially when all lights are lit up; the water park becomes more interesting. The water changes its color from time to time, making you feel like you want to play with it. Good thing, everyone’s free to play or walk around it, and in between it. The spaces between each hole (where the water pops out) are huge enough for anyone to walk around.

Another good feature of this sunken garden is that it can turn into an amphitheater when there’s an event, making it more flexible and inviting.
